Overall Satisfaction with Verint Knowledge Management
We use Verint Knowledge Management for all procedures and processes instead of an intranet. We have thousands of employees that have access to and use the platform every day due to it having all of our information. Verint Knowledge Management is very important and it is very clunky and hard to navigate at the moment, but, hopefully, we will have a new interface for it sooner than later.
Pros
- It is able to house a lot of information.
- It makes things transferable throughout the company.
- It allows multiple different profile types, like admins, managers, and associates.
Cons
- The look is clunky and outdated.
- It is a bit hard to navigate.
- This has saved time in some cases to find information.
- Verint Knowledge Management does go down and is unable to use company-wide more than it should be.

This has created one platform to house all information for our employees. This has created ease for them to access the information they need in a split second.
I would say the same thing. Knowledge has been a fantastic addition to our daily work.
