I believe that the big challenge nowadays is offering clients the correct solution to integrate their different communication channels. For that, the ecosystem that Verint CX Automation has is, without a doubt, the best option to provide clients with the best CX during contact for any type of service request.

Pros

  • Offer the best response time to contact the clients.
  • Process automation.

Cons

  • Connect third Party application more easily.
  • Reduce the agent interaction with clients.
  • Improve the customer operation doing use of AI.
Because there must always be an area of ​​opportunity to improve the tools and solutions.
  • Globitel Workforce Management (WFM) and AI & Analytics Engine
All of them are well-solution tools. It depends on the client's needs.
