Overall Satisfaction with Verint Speech and Text Analytics

We utilize Verint Speech and Text Analytics currently through a Quality lens. We review calls to try and see what is driving calls, how our Reps are responding to calls, etc

Pros

  • data visualization
  • UX design

Cons

  • We don't currently have DaVinci, so our accuracy is lacking. below 70%
  • It's hard to measure since our transcriptions aren't reliable enough for us to make any real decisions behind them
I think the layout of the data and metrics, UX is easy and straight forward
