Overall Satisfaction with Verint Speech and Text Analytics

The main utilization of speech analytics is to narrow down key call drivers and supply insights for our OPS partners to take action. Primarily used for speech studies, etc.

Pros

  • Identifies key call drivers
  • Helps us locate unique terms and phrases
  • Gives us a well rounded insight on caller temperature

Cons

  • Drug name
  • Fine tuning of sentiment, often out of context
  • Efficiency on call handling with awareness of drivers
  • Identification of blind spots for high demand seasons of calls
Easy to use overall, but experiences latency at times.

The tool is more advanced than others I have used in the past, a solid 10 for me would be able to grab all the unique client based context we desire. Ease of deployment.
