Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management
The Workforce Optimization tool from Verint allows us to break down silos both within our departments and across the company. It provides visibility into workload demands, staffing support, and provides recommendations needed to ensure performance across the enterprise. It also automates many of our necessary scheduling processes from leave management, coaching, elearning, breaks and meals, and various meetings. For us this started in the Contact Center but it has since spread throughout the company.

We experienced tangible benefits in Collections by seeing where the best times to call were and gravitating our staff to those times. This allowed us to collect more while spending less to do it.
