Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

We use the full suite to manage a large contact center plus multiple suppliers

Pros

  • Time Away management
  • Forecasting
  • Scheduling
  • Shift Bidding
  • PTO Bidding

Cons

  • Flexible scheduling is clunky
  • Canned reporting is only ok
  • Ensuring capacity is present on the interval.
  • Improved forecasting accuracy
  • Reduced FTE
I thought NICE was near Verint. Didn't have the Adherence flexibility. Aspect was wanting.

Once we vetted them against our models. It has been very accurate.
Just started with the app. Like the Time Away feature is great, the fact it does not display the employee's time away pool is very disappointing.
The adherence module is worth the price of the product. Game changer for managing intervals.
