For forecasting call volume and creating agent schedules.

Pros

  • Combining the calendar with the published schedule and actual activity

Cons

  • Not able to copy and paste entire periods or longer ranges of schedules.
  • Constraints with Vacation picks when seniority is involved.

The user-friendliness has room for improvement. Additionally, it is difficult to find specific problems in the help section. It would be nice if it had a troubleshooting section.
