Currently using for Verint Workforce Management for calls, reporting, scheduling, forecasting, and call playback.

  • Verint is doing really well so far
  • We are looking at adding DPA to the platform
  • It is providing us improved technology around call analytics
Makes it easier for our leadership team to monitor and forecast scheduling for our customer care teams.
This is ensuring we have the right number of FTEs for our call teams and leadership groups. This will help us create more accurate budgets as we move forward.
They have done a great job so far with usability. Very intuitive tool.
