  • relatively fast

  • allow for multiple staffing profiles
  • allow for more flexibility in SLA calculations
  • flexibility in comparing models / optimizations
  • allow for more flexibility in data input over a period of time / years
  • Allows for less over / understaffing
  • great at predicting sla
It has been helpful however it is a struggle to use for long term planning when the staffing profiles change and when AHT change over time.
It's hard to read the tiny text
