We use workforce management to manage the staffing levels, vacations, and availability for our many contact centers. It doesn't address all of our issues.

We are unable to use these functions. However, it may be a training issue.
Planning does work. But doesn't seem to be accurate to what we need. Manual calculations seen to be more accurate.
