Overall Satisfaction with Vertex
We use Vertex Cloud to process our sales tax returns. It is currently only being used in our Finance Department by two of our employees. It saves us the time of creating our own sales tax returns by generating the returns for us.
- Simple to use.
- Returns are generated quickly.

- Reporting is difficult to understand.
- The system will generate returns for both sales and use tax when we are only set up for one tax in the system.
- It takes too long to save a customer exemption certificate.
