Overall Satisfaction with Vertical Response
I use Vertical Response as my bulk email program. I probably use it about once per month. When I am sending out surveys to my database, I use Vertical Response. I pay for credits as I go.
- Bulk emailing.
- Pay as you use it - buy credits.
- I find the credits are expensive.
- It could be a bit more user friendly.
- My emails no longer go to spam.
- I like that it posts to social media if you select it.
This was the first bulk emailing system that I tried. I looked into Constant Contact.
