Overall Satisfaction with VidCruiter

VidCruiter is used as our online interview platform. We use VidCruiter for our certificated applicants to complete a pre-recorded digital interview. This allows all applicants an opportunity for an interview at their own convenience and allows the administrators the ability to review their interviews at their own convenience as well. We have also recently implemented the use of the live interview function of VidCruiter. This has allowed us to continue hiring classified employees during the pandemic and work from home status. We still use live interview now for our positions even though we have returned to in-person.
  • The help chat is very quick to respond and take suggestions and assist until the problem is resolved.
  • The platform is very customizable. With emails you want to auto send to applicants.
  • There is no need to create a log in for users. From the administrators to the applicants, everything is easy to use and based on a clickable link.
  • Our HR department would like VidCruiter to have a texting function so we can use that as another point of communication.
  • The ability to select different lengths of time slots for live interviews.

  • Positive impact is that we have seen more hires made in a faster amount of time using the online platform because it doesn't require scheduling interviews with a panel and candidate

VidCruiter is best suited for those that want to be paperless and go the digital route. VidCruiter gives the option to record the live interviews so they remain on the platform if we ever need to go back to review. In my opinion there is not a scenario where this is not appropriate, because if you don't see a function of interest, VidCruiter will consider creating it or figure a way to make it happen for you.
