Overall Satisfaction with VidCruiter

We currently use VidCruiter as a function of our hiring process. We work with clients for C-suite positions and use the tool to be able to create questions for video responses. It has allowed our candidates the ability to be more involved in the application process and create a video experience of the candidates for our clients. It solves candidate engagement earlier in the hiring process allowing candidates to see how interested we are in them and their overall skill set.

  • Decreasing the amount of features on the platform for new users.

VidCruiter is best suited for one-way video communications from clients or candidates. It allows the end-user the ability to speak vs. type and text.
