Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Spectrum

We use Spectrum in the office and out in the field. Our field support is able to use real-time data to ensure their projects stay on budget at all at times. They are able to run easy reports to verify costs and man-hours without having to wait for information to be updated. The office staff is able to run reports to ensure we are properly billed, paid in a timely manner and make sure all documents have been uploaded for each job to stay in compliance. Our employees use it to track their hours, pay and year-end documents at any time via online access. We utilize the subcontract kiosk for all of our subcontractors so that they are able to see all the contracts they have available and how much they have billed to date. They can also upload all safety, insurance or job documents needed with reminders when something has expired. That way they can ensure they are in compliance at all times.

It is accessible to everyone but there is a learning curve when you first start to use it that can make it difficult at times.
