Overall Satisfaction with Warmly,
The visitors space is what I like the most and the ability to export and then work on it. I have not tried the CRM interface, but we use HubSpot and I am sure that there is an easy way to integrate with HubSpot which also helps me understand the flow of leads that are coming in from my website. I find all of these things very very easy to use.
Pros
- Warmly, delivers real, actionable intent signals that help sales teams strike at the perfect moment from website visitors
- Amazing that it can delve into the user demographics and provide LinkedIn and other details
- Its seamless Slack and Gmail integrations surface buyer insights exactly where I work, boosting efficiency instantly.
Cons
- Pricing is definitely one area, its not startup friendly
- Would love to see easy integrations with webflow and/or vercel for easy integration of tracking code
- With its free tier I could gather a lot of intelligence. Wish I could use the full version if its startup friendly on pricing.
I really can’t provide a detailed comparison because I haven’t invested time in evaluating other tools deeply. However, I actively use Apollo because it reliably provides high-quality leads and offers straightforward workflow automation that fits well into our sales process. The pricing is also very startup-friendly, especially with the substantial discount we receive, which makes it an easy and practical choice for our team.
