Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We currently use WatchGuard firewalls as well as AuthPoint in many of our infrastructures. Having a firewall at the tip of the network is key for any network and WatchGuards have been quite expansive in their abilities. The added functionality of AuthPoint being able to be used and add an additional security layer on VPN has also been a huge selling point and has become the minimum requirement for any environment to help on the security layers.

- MFA is good, but it still could use some improvements in customization.
- Security features cause a huge load on the CPU of the firewalls.
- Documentation needs to be updated quicker at times.
- The price range is a lot better than some of the larger companies out there.
- WatchGuard Cloud has made management and updates a lot easier.
- Management of firewalls is easier than most firewalls out there.
Currently, work as one of the Partners but being able to get WatchGuard's assistance and the support they provide has really helped in making the product that much more reliable.
The unified security platform which is used with WatchGuard Cloud has helped a lot in many aspects. Particularly on the management and updating an aspect of it. Since this can now be done and scheduled, it makes the overall experience a lot easier and helps to save the late nights which used to be required for simple items such as patching.
Same as mentioned before, the ability to schedule items has been invaluable. When technicians are already working late nights, it makes things a lot better not having to be up all night to do the same things over and over, especially when managing many different clients.
