Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We are a WatchGuard partner and have been for more than a decade, where possible we always suggest and use the WatchGuard network security devices, primarily Firewall appliances for our client networks. We find that WatchGuard offer a complete solution to network security which extends to cover endpoint devices also.

- Extensive reporting
- Reliable and stable performance
- cheaper hardware solutions for small business
- integration with M365 and the ability to use SSO via this service
- Remote vpn routing to branch networks that use VLANs
- proves a reliable way for employees to access infrastructure remotely
- through alert we can stay on top of suspicious behaviour
- 2FA has really enabled us to trust the access of remotely host services

The single pane of glass mentality of the monitoring tools makes it much easier to see what is and has been going on and provides the insight needed to investigate further if needed
Very well, as previously stated the use of MFA on our remotely hosted solutions gives us peace of mind that they are secure. One issue that we have noticed is that should the AuthPoint subscription expire the services results to open access rather than just preventing the ends users access. This maybe by design but it doesn't allow for a missed expiry.
