WatchGuard Network Security review

We use WatchGuard Network Security to manage our firewall, vpn tunnels, and to manage our network policies. We used to use it for all company devices, however, WatchGuard Network Security unfortunately is no longer compatible with MacOS and we have to use 3rd party alternatives for VPN on Mac. This has posed as an inconvenience for our onboarding and app installation processes.

We worked with CDW for purchase and implementation. We were happy with the service. The only thing that would be beneficial is a follow up from their sales team to remind when the subscriptions need renewal and to have a quote ready to go. Otherwise we have no further complaints working with the partner.

We noticed the ease of having everything accessible from one platform. It makes our IT team's job easier and more cohesive working from one platform vs several platforms for each security product and solution. Managing these has been easy and efficient. No complaints about the unification of WatchGuard Network Security's security products and solutions.

It made a huge difference when we first implemented these products. Connecting all of our data, users, and apps in one place was a life saver. however as our needs have grown, having compatibility and connectivity issues has started to put a strain on us. Hopefully they will resolve these issues in the future so we can continue using these products.
