Overall Satisfaction with Webex Connect

In our organization, we Currently use Webex Connect as a PoC to use for migrations to a different platform from Twillio

Pros

  • Ease of user for end user
  • Flows are pretty simple to create

Cons

  • Documentation is lacking
  • Support can be limited
I gave Webex Connect this usability rating because, in my opinion, the Capability is there, will take time for it to be fully utilized.
We chose Webex Connect for our organization because, in our experience, Cost is much better vs Twilio
