Overall Satisfaction with Webex Event Center
Our organization has been using Webex Event Center to deliver instructional webinars to a group of external audience for more a year now. We rely on audio broadcasts to deliver live webinars and training programs to music teachers across North America.
- Lead generation
- Training
- Reliable and powerful platform. It does what it's supposed to do.
- Tech support is responsive.
- No way to customize the registration pages. The interface is not super modern or eye-catching.
- Account management is abysmal. All of our questions about our invoices/request to update our subscription never get answered or get answered at a super slow rate. So far, our cases simply get passed from one agent to another, all of whom say they're not the right department to help with whatever issue we're having.
- No cohesive account manager platform/website. We're unable to access old invoices due to the new upgrade to Cisco Commerce Express, which doesn't do much other than letting us view invoices or accept quotes.
- Easily deliver webinars to a large audience.
