Overall Satisfaction with Webex Events (formerly Socio)

We use Webex Events for any large scale video conferencing events and training sessions. We have pretty much implemented all of our hybrid work solution, although like most companies it still seems to be changing and adapting to current circumstances. Most people have taken well and adapted easily to the hybrid nature but also there seems to be issues when people return and things have changed slightly such as software or the ways of doing things which can cause some confusion.
The main challenges were getting people used to the new way of working and the different ways people can connect, once people get into the groove it becomes a lot easier. Also returning to the office presents the challenges of IT equipment and making sure people can seamlessly switch between wherever they have been working.
The hybrid work solutions have certainly made some of the challenges easier as the Webex apps which we installed on everyone's computers are easy to use and pickup for pretty much all users. We can also easily connect with people using this app and it allows easy collaboration across different setups and wherever people may be.
We have experienced that even though it is a hybrid work model that most things actually stay the same, staff can be as productive as ever and the flexibility being the hybrid model affords is unmatched for most people. We have also experienced excellent collaboration whilst using webex and webex boards in meeting rooms
The Cisco webex products compare directly to other apps such as Microsoft Teams, but we found that Webex was a lot easier to use and had many more features that help with our Hybrid work. The noise cancelling and easy connect features come especially in useful during meetings also integrating seamlessly into Office applications
