We use Webex Events as our event app for in-person seminars that we host
- Excellent customer service
- Easy to use back end interface
- Simple and clean design that makes it user friendly for clients as well
- Webex Events has been fantastic for everything we need
- We have our own branded app so users know it's us and don't get confused
- Very "plug and play" with features, doesn't require a lot of training to use
- Always improving features

- We believe the ROI is at least double, it's well worth the money
I did thorough research with about 6 other companies before deciding on Webex Events. This included multiple Zoom calls/demos on the product, free trials to try them out, etc. the prompt, and excellent customer service were very noticeable to me. They were very helpful and hands-on in telling me all about the product and making sure it would be a good fit.
