Overall Satisfaction with Webex Events (formerly Socio)

We use Webex Events as our event app for in-person seminars that we host

Pros

  • Excellent customer service
  • Easy to use back end interface
  • Simple and clean design that makes it user friendly for clients as well

Cons

  • Webex Events has been fantastic for everything we need
  • We have our own branded app so users know it's us and don't get confused
  • Very "plug and play" with features, doesn't require a lot of training to use
  • Always improving features
  • Excellent customer service
  • We believe the ROI is at least double, it's well worth the money
I did thorough research with about 6 other companies before deciding on Webex Events. This included multiple Zoom calls/demos on the product, free trials to try them out, etc. the prompt, and excellent customer service were very noticeable to me. They were very helpful and hands-on in telling me all about the product and making sure it would be a good fit.
