Overall Satisfaction with Whova

We used Whova for our annual professional conference, so we knew what sessions were when and where.

  • when uploading photos, it didn't work well with my samsung phone. I had to go out and go back into the upload; it wouldn't let me scroll through the photos.
  • we only use Whova once a year for our annual conference, so probably not a huge impact overall
I have never had to ask for customer support from whova.
I liked the way our team implemented Whova. It had our agenda, an area for questions, but the directory was probably the most useful!

Whova is super easy to use, and the features helped make our conference scheduling accessable to everyone. The community building features allowed our teams to create space for useful conversations about best practices. We posted all kinds of questions and ice breakers that it got a little crazy, but it was fun.
