Overall Satisfaction with Whova
We just used Whova when attending the NCEA conference in Dallas this year. It was easy to use and helpful in interacting with possible leads both on the app and at the conference itself. We will probably only use it at conferences where Whova is used.
- Setting up virtual booth
- Interacting with attendees
- Mostly easy to use UI
- The UI could be a little cleaner, perhaps
- Digital booth
- Raffle option
- Seeing other attendees info
- It has positively helped us add/identify more sales leads
- It negatively has added some double leads after people signed up for raffle on app and then also scanned in with QR code
