Overall Satisfaction with Wingman
Use Wingman to record online meetings. webinars, etc.
Pros
- Records online meetings.
- Recordings are used for internal trainings.
- Calls are recorded and shared with the client.
Cons
- I don't have any dislikes about this tool.
- The support team has been there 100% to answer any questions or to troubleshoot any issues that have arisen.
- I would only like to improve the "cue cards," but the Wingman team is addressing this.
- I like the ability to go back and review the call transcripts.
- Saved a lot of time that is spent in documentation and creating MOM's.
- Recorded sessions can be sent to people who have missed a meeting making it incredibly useful.
