Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

Used to gather intelligence on AE demos to find out gaps and coach AEs to optimize their selling process. Used to also help take important notes during the demo and find out later how much discovery, pitching, next steps came out in the call and what could have been done better.

Wingman is a really close competitor to both Chorus and Gong. The fact that it is way cheaper should appeal to orgs that want to invest in this area for the first time. Features are more or less the same but Wingman could certainly make the UI more interactive and user-friendly.

Well suited for all B2B selling interactions. Not only saves time in note-taking and analysis but is a must-have for coaching reps to find out their missing gaps and collaborate within the team by analyzing what could have been done better in a specific scenario. Not useful if the interactions are transactional and of low ticket size.
