Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

They have helped us effortlessly record notes, along with user metrics and call evaluations. I love the fact that I can replay each of my calls and hear all the details. Whether it's my responses, rebuttals, talk time, etc. Cue Cards functionality is pretty good to have good answers whenever required and keep the information handy. Have helped in improving the meeting flow and strategies a lot.

I love the insights that I get out of the conversations. Wingman helps me bookmark important bits of the conversations so I can review them later or perhaps even collaborate with my team. It's been great for us GTM folks to collaborate with the Product team.

Wingman was super easy to set up and start using. We end up saving hours of our time daily! Moreover, with all team members (including our Engineering team) added as Observers, it has helped create a better team culture. The product and engineering team now know how the product is being pitched to customers. We have ended up recording all sales calls and customer-onboarding calls as well.
