Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We use Wingman to integrate with our dialers as well as zoom. It helps us organize all of our calls/meetings. We also use it to easily organize calls/game tapes for training new employees. It is also super valuable for finding certain conversations/verifying information from old calls. We use it for a lot of different purposes, and it has helped make our company operate more efficiently in every regard.
  • Transcripting works really well
  • Organzing and finding calls is really easy
  • Gametapes and other features helps us train new reps
  • Wingman functions really well for us, have not run into any issues
  • Has helped us refine sales pitch and helped us improve reps
  • Makes onboarding faster and more efficient

Wingman is great for training. It allows us to cut up certain calls and combine them into a "game tape" for training. It also allows me to listen to a lot of calls at increased speeding. It allows me to be involved as a CEO while making the process of training and listening in on calls take less time.
