Overall Satisfaction with Wingman
We use it to organize our call recordings. We have different systems we use, and it makes it really easy to find all the calls in one place. It makes finding specific calls really easy. Senior leaders also use it for training and management. All of the teams in our organization are using it in some form pretty much on a daily basis.
- Wingman organizes calls really well. Makes finding them by user or platform easy.
- The transcription of calls makes finding calls based on specific words used easy.
- The interface is very user friendly.
- Don't have any issues with Wingman at the moment.
- It has helped our managers train sales staff

I have been using Wingman since I have been involved with the company. Not sure what other options have been used in the past.
