A Great tool for training and leveling up client call experience.

Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We use Wingman to record our sales calls as well as some of our internal meetings. This helps us with any reviews that need to be done on sales deals to validate claims made by either the client or the sales representative. We also use the reviews for training purposes.
  • We are able to download transcripts of the calls.
  • We can review the entire call.
  • We can even only take snippets of the calls as needed for training.
  • The ability to set up if a team member can download calls even if they are not Admin.
  • Training of new Sales representatives has gone from 1 month to 2 weeks using Wingman as part of the training tools.
  • The transcripts have also helped us to decrease the number of disputes "Lost" on Stripe, by providing evidence needed to win the case.

For the overall monitoring of sales calls and validating claims, it is a great tool and does exactly what we need. A change that would be great would be the ability to set a condition for any member on the system to either be able to download transcripts or prohibit downloading transcripts without them needing to be made admins. We have the finance department that often needs access to the transcripts as evidence in Stripe disputes, but they have to be made an admin to be able to download the transcript even though they don't actively use Wingman except for downloading transcripts.
