Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have been using Workflowy for years! I use it for everything; daily journaling, writing a novel, storing important information, daily todos, and more. It is so powerful and has a robust search feature. I highly recommend it!

I think a scheduling feature would be a powerful addition. Users should be able to set points to pop up again on a schedule.

Return on Investment

Workflowy allows me to keep all of my business and personal information in one place. I can quickly organize, reorganize, link, and add information whether on my phone or on my laptop.

Usability

I would give it 10 out of 10, but I won't let me use text-to-speech on my mobile phone. I have not found a more powerful, user-friendly app for information storage, organization, sharing, and retrieval.

Alternatives Considered

Workflowy seems to have less constraints than those other products. It is easier to use and more versatile.

It works great for storing and organizing any kind of information. I use it for organizing my novel, keeping track of daily todos in a Kanban type format, storing personal information, taking notes over videos and books, and more. I have moved away from Evernote and Google Keep to Workflowy. I don't use it for scheduling since it doesn't include a reminder/timer feature.
