Overall Satisfaction with Workhuman
We use Workhuman to recognize milestones and to support each other with a supporting quote of message. The site is easy to use and is linked with our company portal for each access to your rewards. I want to say thank you to Workhuman for their great creativity in this site to help Intuit take good care of their employees.
Pros
- easy to use website
- great options to turn spotlights into gift cards
- awesome email notifications
Cons
- make the reward and profile picture on the top right corner larger or highlighted
- Workhuman has helped with incentives' to give to employees
- Employees usually stay at a company longer when they have a reward program interface like Workhuman
