Overall Satisfaction with Workhuman
I love this platform. So many options to choose from. From new bedding, earrings, to gift cards. You can redeem at any time. So, you can get a small gift for yourself/or someone else or let them accumulate and get that expensive thing you have been wanting. I definitely recommend.
Pros
- Very user friendly
- A plethora of options
- So many brands to choose from
- Very prompt with sending out item ordered.
Cons
- Maybe have a suggestion prompt to order higher priced item. IE: I had 3k points. Silly me ordered a lot of $25 gift cards to the same place instead of a larger amount. (At this company you could only use 1 GC at a time.
- It provides that little extra push you need to do your best to win at whatever contest is being ran that has this reward.
- Knowing that by doing my job to the best of my abilities I could receive this reward
