Overall Satisfaction with Workhuman

We use Workhuman to recognize value added contribution by co-workers and depending on the impact, we assign them the level of recognition.
This method encourages team members to go beyond and work efficiently while still maintaining their focus and other deliverables.
Options to redeem the points as products or coupons is great as employees can utilize the received points as they seem fit.
It's just that the products available in portal is expensive and coupons are more economical and most products are outdated.
