Overall Satisfaction with Workhuman

Workhuman is a great way to recognize people in your organize. It is also a great way for peers to see what their coworkers are being recognized for.
Workhuman is also discreet in the amount of points that someone has been rewarded. It can be used by leaders to encourage hard work, thinking outside the box, and many other ways of recognition.

Pros

  • Easily recognize employees
  • All on an easy to use platform
  • Great choices to redeem your points

Cons

  • Some items are overpriced
  • Sometimes descriptions are misspelled causing a search to come back with no, or wrong results
  • Workhuman has gotten employees to try harder, especially ones who have received recognition.
  • It has given managers more incentive to recognize employees
  • ROI is definitely evident with employee egagment
The Workhuman platform is very easy to navigate. The ease of use makes it more desirable to make recognitions.
Employees find the redemption process easy to navigate as well.
I have previously used a program that was used specifically for number of year anniversaries. There were very few items available. Users were only able to choose one item from the list. Workhuman lets you get as many things as you want, with the possibility of getting bigger or more expensive items by paying the balance.

Do you think Workhuman delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Workhuman's feature set?

Yes

Did Workhuman live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Workhuman go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Workhuman again?

Yes

It is a great way to recognize employees for a job well done.
But it can also bother some people that think they are going above and beyond, but their leader is not interested in using the reward program.
