Overall Satisfaction with x.ai
I use x.ai to find mutually availability with people I want to meet with. It saves us from going back and forth on email to find a time, this frees up my schedule and keeps my email inbox clear. I can block time that I don't want to offer through the tool.
- I can simply send a link to other person to pick a date
- If the other person mentions a specific week I can quickly provide availability for that range
- The tool will generate a meeting that goes directly into my calendar
- One person mentioned that the zoom link isn't easy to open from the calendar appointment
- Some people have been confused by using the names "Amy" or "Andrew", not realizing these are AI bots. So, I now use the "X.ai scheduler" to avoid confusion

- Saves me a lot of time/work
- Frees up my time to focus on other areas of my business
- The free version meets my needs as an individual user
- Removes frustration from my day
- Makes it easier for me to connect with more people, since I know booking meeting times is taken care of
