Overall Satisfaction with x.ai

We use x.ai to create on-site, in-office, and video/phone meetings with our clients. Unless it is something that comes up too quickly or an emergency, we schedule it via the x.ai platform. This solves a few problems: no call no show for one-off clients, as you can charge up front, it solves the back and forth emails trying to find a time that works for both/all parties, and me forgetting!

  • Reduces phone calls or emails by allowing client to pick a time that works for them and us, as we have already set our options and availability in settings and/or two-way calendar sync.
I have tried many apps. They just do not have all the options that x.ai does. Some have better APIs, like Acuity, but the interface for booking is a bit lackluster and the price for the features is just not there for me.

I don't see many situations I would not use this or recommend it, as there are very granular controls and options to fit a wide range of clients. The only time I would not recommend it is if it did not fit the customer or client's needs for one reason or another.

x.ai Support

Support has been quick. We have not really had an issue, more just implementation questions.
