For me, Xoom is the best tool to transfer and receive money because it's fast and secure and your recipients don't have to use Xoom. Besides, the transfer fees are generally good and I can pay my insurance bills.

Xoom is really well to transfer money for my suppliers (I have suppliers in Africa and Asia), and it's fast. Moreover, I'm feeling totally confident using it as my data are protected with security thanks to the security encryption. It's less appropriate if you need to send a bigger amount of money, there is a limitation. And the exchange rate is not always the best compared to the competitors.
