Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Brightmine for any unique cases within the ER team. We use it for templates and policy support where necessary. It can be helpful at times, but sometimes the wording in the letters needs a lot of changing to support the needs of the business - it provides a good starting point though.

For the amount the team used Brightmine, it was an expensive service to maintain within the budgets. Especially when the templates needed to be adapted further. It was good to have something to sense check with though.
