Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
Super useful tool to have with letter templates and contract clauses etc. This is the majority of the usage. Very helpful for my HR Admin who is able to create drafts and use this as a baseline before sharing.
Pros
- Templates for letters and contract clauses.
- Ease of Access.
Cons
- Price. It is very expensive for the service and usage. Would like the benefits benchmarking elements, but it is way overpriced.
- Specification on search tool. Have to trudge through a lot to get what you need sometimes, as I think it picks up on the exact word more so rather than other commonly used phrases in the employment world.
- Could be more personable with templates or possibly the adaption of AI with templates as sometimes we have to combine a couple of templates to get what's needed.
- Definitely reduces time spent on creating templates or getting a base for how to word things but I'm not sure as you become more experienced, the price banding matches the usage each year.
These haven't as it can be quite difficult to find what's needed and I tend to go to solicitor webinars etc for these updates instead as they are more thorough and adapted to real life rather than just being factual.
