Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
I use Brightmine for their guidance and up-to-date knowledge on employment law, their templates for letters and policies, their training modules for content and the very responsive employment law advice.
Pros

Cons
- Further information on training - actual training delivery on subjects like modern slavery
- Reduced legal claims as we've taken on board the advice from the legal team.
By keeping abreast of what is changing in law, I'm aware of what is coming through the pipeline and can therefore be proactive and prepared for the changes and keep the business aware of what changes we will have to face, ie change in flexible working law.
It helps our company stay compliant in employment law matters.
In my current role I haven't used any other products. I've been asked to change to the CIPD portal, but I'm completely happy with Brightmine and therefore, currently see no reason to change. Unless the pricing becomes too high, that would be the main reason I would switch.
