Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use Brightmine for a wide array of things, including employee relations advice, employment law guidance, templates and formats for processes and procedures, and advice on case-specific examples. We can have complex ER cases that Brightmine addresses as we can ensure we are adhering to best practices and doing right by our colleagues and also the business.

- First point of call before outsourced solicitors - potentially reducing legal fees.
It has helped us comply with up-to-date regulations and ensure we are giving sound advice.
