We use Brightmine all the time to check our understanding of HR and employment law issues. We also use their legal advice service which is great - not only professional, but so prompt to come back to us. We review our own documents with Brightmine's templates and keep up to date with employment law developments with Brightmine's information

Access to Brightmine ensures we have produced our own HR guides which are relevant and accurate - we have produced 23 best practice guides so far, all with the help of Brightmine content. Our guides have received excellent feedback, all thanks to the information available on Brightmine. As well as policy information, we have adapted template letters and checklists, all though the support available on Brightmine.
Access to Brightmine ensures we have produced guides for our managers which we know are accurate and the information we have provided for them up to date. As topics have been brought to the forefront of peoples thinking, such as menopause, we have been able to respond with supporting information, policies and templates - well ahead of the game. This raises our credibility as a team and ensures the organisation is fully briefed and prepared.
