Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
I regularly use Brightmine for drafting letters for the managers that I support. This could be a wide range of subjects from redundancy consultation, sickness absence, disciplinary. I also review policies and use XPerthr for best practice and ideas. I have very recently used it for a query relating to shared parental leave which I find to be a challenging piece of legislation.

Cons
- The search function sometimes brings up responses not related to the subject area searched.
- Saves time and trying to find answers elsewhere. Everything is in one place.
- It is good to see such a wide variety of information, some of which I may never use but it is handy to have it there.
- I can use Brightmine before going to our solicitor so money saving there.
Not that I am aware of but I have recently written the menopause policy and the flexible working policy and XpertHR was extremely useful for both of these policies.
