Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
I use it for templates usually. It provides good templates that can be used for various cases. I know my whole team uses it for that and for things to do with people management especially relate to performance.

- Benchmarking of salaries within different industries and titles
- Saved a lot of time of research when it comes to specific processes
- Helps train junior people as can be referred as a guide for them
It made the whole team more knowledgeable on what is changing in terms of legislation and what we need to be aware of going forward. I check Brightmine every week to see if there are any new updates that I need to be aware of. When we organise a new HR project to be delivered, we always check Brightmine as it helps to be more prepared for the project and we know we will for sure have the latest information on particular.
It has a big role as it keep us most up to date and informed and we always check this webpage to be sure on the topic we are presenting especially to senior business stakeholders.
