Brightmine has a wide range of HR tools and topics which help keep me up to date since I am the sole HR employee in the organisation. I have worked with a few account managers at Brightmine and overall, it has been positive and efficient to set up. When I first used the service, a walk through was arranged which was useful in demonstrating how to navigate the website, where to find resources and other tools that I may not have come across. The letter, policy and contract clause templates are beneficial as it sets the framework of best practice to ensure robustness, though some could have been more concise.
