I use Brightmine every day to evaluate employee issues and also find solutions for business problems. Having employees in 26 states, Brightmine is a fantastic resource for ensuring that compliance requirements are met for the organization. This site stays up to date with information related to employment laws across the country, making it quick and easy to find solutions to common HR and employee questions.
