Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

I use Brightmine to look up legal and best practice approaches. I also use the template letters and forms available. I like to update my legal knowledge by reading the ET cases.

It has provided additional guidance in writing policy/procedures.

Working out entitlements. Finding a letter suitable for a postponed disciplinary hearing due to ill health. Less appropriate for policy as my employer have their own team to do these.
