Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

The website is very easy to use and has an excellent search function. The templates are flexible and easy to edit to suit our business requirements. One thing that is very good is how up to date the information is kept, quite often the policies and templates are supported by additional articles and case studies which for a non HR professional makes it easy to keep up to date.

The support and guidance documents on recent policy changes made to family friendly legislation has help us to develop compliant policies and procedures that have reduced overall risk exposure.

We needed to update many of our policies and the templates provided were very easy to use and saved a lot of time. My only critique would be that some were too "corporate" it would be really helpful if there were two versions with one being aimed at smaller businesses.
